RECORD KEEPING

·         Health and Safety records are required to be maintained for a wide range of reasons. They are to be kept (by law) for lengths of time up to …. years.

·         Examples of records that must be maintained are: Accident and Incident reports; Environmental monitoring records; Health surveillance records; Investigations; Policy and related documents; Risk Assessments; Training Records; and, anything else that clearly relates to the health and safety of any staff, students, members of the public or contractors.
